3. Purchases

When you decide to purchase a product or service through Repairx (a 'Purchase'), we'll ask you for some necessary details to make it happen. This may include your credit or debit card number, card expiration date, billing address, and shipping information—depending on what's needed.

By providing this information, you confirm that: (a) you have the legal right to use the payment method you've chosen, and (b) all the details you share with us are accurate, true, and complete.

To keep things smooth and secure, we may work with trusted third-party payment processors. When you submit your payment information, you authorize us to share it with these partners—strictly in line with our Privacy Policy—solely to complete your Purchase.

That said, we do reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time. Reasons might include: the product or service being unavailable, an error in pricing or description, a mistake in your order, or other legitimate concerns. We also take fraud and unauthorized transactions seriously—so if we suspect anything illegal or improper, we will cancel the order without hesitation.

4. Contests and Promotions

Any contests or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Service. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Service, Promotion rules will apply.

5. Subscriptions

Certain parts of our Service are offered on a subscription basis ('Subscriptions'). When you sign up, you'll be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic schedule—this is your 'Billing Cycle.' The length of your Billing Cycle depends on the subscription plan you choose at the time of purchase.

Unless you cancel or we cancel it, your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle under the exact same terms. Want to stop the renewal? No problem. To keep your Subscription active, you'll need to provide a valid payment method. We'll ask for accurate and complete billing details—this may include your full name, address, state, postal code, phone number, and payment information. By submitting these details, you're giving us permission to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to the payment method you've provided.

If automatic billing ever fails for any reason, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately.

6. Free Trial

Repairx may, from time to time and at its sole discretion, offer a free trial period for certain subscriptions ("Free Trial").

To sign up for a Free Trial, you may be asked to provide your billing information upfront. Don’t worry—if you do, you won’t be charged until the trial period ends.

On the final day of your Free Trial, your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and the applicable subscription fees will be charged—unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Please note: Repairx reserves the right to modify or cancel any Free Trial offer at any time, without prior notice. This includes changing the terms related to the trial whenever we deem necessary.

7. Fee Changes

From time to time, Repairx may adjust the subscription fees for any of our plans—at our sole discretion and without prior obligation. Any change in fees will take effect at the end of your current Billing Cycle, never in the middle of it.

We believe in fairness, so we’ll give you reasonable advance notice before any fee change kicks in. This way, you have the time to decide whether to continue or cancel your subscription before the new rate applies.

If you keep using the Service after the fee change takes effect, that’s your signal to us that you accept the updated pricing. If you don’t agree, simply cancel your subscription before the new Billing Cycle begins.

8. Content

Our Service lets you post, link, store, share, or otherwise make available certain material—such as text, images, videos, or other information ("Content"). You are solely responsible for the Content you share, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

When you post Content on or through our Service, you confirm that: (a) you either own the Content or have the legal right to use it and to grant us the license described in these Terms; and (b) your Content does not violate anyone else's privacy, publicity, copyright, contract, or other rights. We take copyright infringement seriously—any account found violating these rules may be terminated.

6. Disruptive Conduct – To engage in behavior that restricts or inhibits anyone else's use or enjoyment of the Service, or that we believe may harm or offend Repairx, our users, or expose any party to liability.

Additionally, you agree not to:

Disable or Overload the Service – Use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair it, or interfere with another party's use (including real-time activities).

Use Bots or Scrapers – Use any robot, spider, or other automated tool or process to access the Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying material.
