For Independent Technicians : Repairx does not perform repairs directly, nor do we offer any warranties. Customers are responsible for discussing warranty terms and resolving any claims directly with the technician.
For Authorized Service Providers : Any warranty offered will be governed solely by the specific terms outlined on the invoice issued by the Repairx Authorized Store.
General Guideline : Before any service begins, customers should always ask the service provider to clearly explain their warranty terms.
2. Direct Communication with Service Providers All discussions, approvals, and agreements regarding service terms, pricing, and warranties must be handled directly between the customer and the service provider. Repairx is not responsible for any disputes that may arise from these interactions—especially those involving independent technicians.
3. Pickup and Delivery of Devices If the service provider offers to pick up and deliver your device, we strongly recommend that customers take the following precautions :
Record a short video of your device before handing it over—clearly showing its current condition and working functionality.
Make sure your device is securely packaged to avoid any damage while in transit. Repairx is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage that occurs during pickup, shipping, or delivery. For any such claims, customers must coordinate directly with the service provider.
4. Diagnostic Charges Service providers may levy a fee for evaluating your device, particularly in the following situations
The device is completely non-functional and requires a detailed, in-depth diagnosis.
The customer chooses not to go ahead with the repair after the diagnosis is complete. If such fees apply, they must be discussed and mutually agreed upon directly with the service provider beforehand.
5. Authorization for Repairs and Costs Customers must give clear, explicit approval to the service provider before any repair work or part replacement begins. Any extra costs that come up—including those for replacement parts—will be the customer's responsibility.
6. Data Security and Device Care Although service providers aim to handle your device and data with care, Repairx does not guarantee data recovery or protection. We strongly recommend that you back up all important data before handing over your device for repair. Repairx is not responsible for any data loss, device damage, or unexpected issues that may arise during or after the repair process.
7. Unclaimed Devices Service providers may have their own policies regarding devices that are not collected after repair. Customers are advised to check with the service provider directly about any time limits for picking up repaired devices. Repairx is not responsible for any devices left unclaimed with service providers.
8. Return of Replaced Parts If any part of your device is replaced during the repair, whether the old part is returned to you depends entirely on the service provider's policy. Please check this directly with the provider before the repair begins.
9. Visit or Logistics Fees Service providers may apply a visit or logistics fee for services such as collecting your device, performing diagnostics, or returning it to you. If any such charges apply, you must confirm the exact amount directly with the service provider prior to service.
10. Responsibility for Loaner Devices or Tools Should the service provider lend you a temporary device or tool while yours is being repaired, you agree to do the following:
Notify the service provider without delay if the loaned item is damaged, stolen, or lost.
Cover any repair or replacement fees as determined solely by the service provider.

12. Scope of Responsibility Repairx acts solely as a platform to connect customers with service providers. Unless specifically stated otherwise for Repairx Authorized Stores, Repairx assumes no liability for the following:
The standard or results of any work performed by independent technicians.
Any disagreements, delays, or shortcomings on the part of the service provider.
Any payments, promises, warranties, or guarantees exchanged directly between the customer and the service provider outside of Repairx's platform.
